Professional advantage demands a lot of training as well as inborn talents. Blessed are those who are born with certain talents and are equally able to train themselves to perform the talent. These are the kind of people who often take the elite position in the world today.
In today’s world we often come across people who are born with certain qualities such as being able to sing, play music, draw or perform a difficult task. This may not be an advantage they earned but is inherited from the gene of their predecessors. This sounds to be great at times, especially while studying in school or college. These kind of people often are considered more advantageous than the rest of their peer group members. Let us assume a person who is born with a certain voice that inspires the mob while singing. This person’s talent, howsoever rewarding it is, becomes unrecognized or less productive, if the particular person is not trained in a music college to use the voice for singing in a professional mannerism.
In the midst of people who are born with certain talents, there are also people who don’t possess any innate talents by birth. Training is considered a productive way of helping a person to achieve the desired goal. People go to music schools, sports academy or to special training center where a certain skill is taught. Let us imagine a person who is not interested in taking singing as a serious skill to develop. This person after decades of training would not become a successful singer. It is because the passion for singing or the natural ability for singing is not present in the person.
Training people to perform something when they don’t have an innate skills is unproductive. Not training people who are born with certain talent is also unproductive. Whereas training a person who is born with certain talent in the same area bring him/her a lot of advantage when compared to the rest of the people.
